This very well kept 4.5 room holiday apartment is located in the Chesa Marianna, a detached property in the eastern part of the village of Zuoz, close to the centre. The two-family home in a beautiful setting was completely renovated in 2002 and has been well maintained over the years.

The charm of the rustic yet well maintained mountain chalet atmosphere gives this apartment that certain je-ne-sais-quoi. A small garden area on the side of the property and a wooden bench next to the apartment entrance are available to the tenants outside.

The rental agreement for this fully furnished apartment requires a minimum rental term of one year. Seasonal or weekly rentals are not available.
