Leandro Costa (dipl. Arch. FH)

Raised in Pontresina, Leandro Costa joined his parents’ company in 2009, and he is now CEO. The architect earned his spurs as a project developer at Implenia AG, where he supervised various large projects. Back in the Engadine, he finds time for his family, sport and leisure in the beautiful surroundings, as well as for his two great passions: hunting and cars.

Christina Sauerländer

A sport and nature-lover, Christina combines her two passions – photography and interior design – in the multi-faceted portfolios of Costa Immobilien AG. Since 2015, the experienced sales, tourism and marketing specialist has been responsible for sales and acquisitions. Christina considers living in the Engadine a great privilege, and working with the international clientele a rewarding occupation. In her free time, you can find her on the slopes, cycling or cross-country skiing, on walks with her dog, or taking photos.

Anya Herrnegger

In summer 2016, this Engadine native took charge of administration and organisation within the Costa Immobilien AG team. In doing so, she uses her multilingualism and the valuable experience she gained in the hotel and banking industries to help the company grow. Anya likes to travel and is interested in different cultures. In the Engadine, she likes to relax in the tranquillity of the natural surroundings, and enjoys the company of friends and family.

Sandra Poltera

An external associate, Sandra Zoller heads the marketing department at Costa Immobilien AG, where she handles the creative aspects. The diversity of the region and the proximity to nature and sports have captivated her and given her a new home in the Engadine. She loves to spend her free time mountaineering, ski touring or hiking and thus finds the perfect balance to her daily office routine.

Selina Costa

Whenever the demands of her three young children allow, Selina Costa supplies administrative support to the real estate office. The former customer consultant loves travelling and nature. She is also quite the sports enthusiast, and enjoys skiing and cycling.
